Conference 2025 Delegate Registration

Costs:
The conference Early Bird registration fee for agents on the Saturday is €99.00* per person and this includes: tea/coffee breaks during both the morning and afternoon, lunch and dinner. Attendance at the Friday night dinner is €69 p.p. Lunch-only on Saturday is €30.00 p.p. Accommodation is extra and costs €219 per room per night, based on twin/double occupancy for Friday and/or Saturday night (single room rate of €199 and triple room rates of €239 have also been negotiated with the conference hotel for both nights.) All rates are inclusive of Bed & Breakfast.
Room Allocation:
Lawlor’s Hotel will be managing the allocation of rooms at the conference venue. Agents wishing to reserve rooms for Friday and/or Saturday should contact Reservations directly on +353 (0)45 906 444 or by emailing them at [email protected]., please mark all such correspondence ‘Travel Centres conference accommodation’, in the subject heading of the email. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Travel Centres’ room allocation with Lawlor’s Hotel will be released back into general inventory on August 31st, 2024, after which all rooms will be on request and subject to availability.
N.B. Any rooms booked outside of this allocation block will be charged at BAR (Best Available Rate) on the night.
Parking:
Because Lawlor’s hotel is located in the centre of Naas there is limited parking available. The hotel’s underground carpark has 108 spaces. There is overflow parking which is often used for bigger vans which is also available:

If there is no space in the underground car park, delegates can leave their car in Naas Multi Storey Carpark, which is located across the road from the hotel. Note: this carpark is open from 7am to 9.30pm Monday to Saturday & on Sunday from 8am to 6.30pm

Saturday Dinner:
Agent delegates can only attend the gala dinner/awards on the Saturday night if they have also participated in the Saturday supplier workshop. Partners are welcome to attend the gala dinner/awards and will be charged @ €69.00 p.p.
Conference 2025 Terms & Conditions
- To register, you must complete the online registration form below.
- By registering online, you have agreed to accept these terms & conditions, and your confirmation of registration will be issued immediately. A contract will exist between you and Travel Centres as soon as your confirmation of registration is issued on the following terms and conditions:
- Full remittance of the relevant registration fees must accompany online bookings. Payment may be made via electronic bank transfer, as per the following bank account details:

- To qualify for the early registration fee stated above, your online registration form must be completed by no later than July 31st, 2025, and the applicable registration fee(s) paid in full to the above bank account. Thereafter, a late registration supplementary fee of €25 per delegate will apply to cover the extra administrative work involved.
- Travel Centres reserves the right to pass on any increases in cost should they occur between the time of booking and the hosting of the event due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Cancellations received on or before Friday, October 31st will receive a full refund less an administration charge of €25 per delegate. Cancellations after this date or non-attendance will attract 100% cancellation fees.
- Delegates wishing to amend their registration details on or after August 31st will incur an amendment fee of €25 on each occasion that an amendment is made to cover the administration involved. Written notification to Travel Centres via email at [email protected] is required for all requests for substitutions, name changes or amendments. Please attach a copy of your confirmation of registration to the notification.
- Many of the services associated with the annual Travel Centres conference event are provided by various third-party suppliers. Travel Centres has no control over the operations, personnel or equipment of these suppliers. In no event shall Travel Centres or any of its directors or employees assume responsibility, or be liable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss which may be occasioned by reason of: wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of these third party suppliers or any employees of these suppliers; any defect or failure of any vehicle or other equipment owned, operated or otherwise used by these suppliers.
- The annual Travel Centres conference and supplier workshop is a business event and as such, all delegates are expected to behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times towards venue staff, invited guests and all other delegates.
- Travel Centres reserves the right to change the conference programme at short notice due to circumstances beyond its control.
- 10. Delegates attending the Travel Centres conference may be featured in videos, photographs and/or audio recordings from any events as part of future marketing campaigns. By attending the conference, you grant us permission to use video, photographs and audio recordings of you during the event.
- Tipping Point Ltd, trading as Travel Centres is the data controller and may collect personally identifiable information relating to you, a delegate (including your name; employers’ name and address; telephone number; email address and dietary requirements. Such information will be collected when you register online for the Travel Centres conference. We will use this information for the purpose of administration, marketing, customer service and feedback, as relevant and required.
- By providing us with personal information about medical, dietary or other special needs during registration, you consent to us passing such relevant information on to suppliers who will be providing the necessary services such as the conference hotel.
- Cancellations** received within one week of conference start will attract 100% cancellation fees as these are applied by the hotel as catering supplies will have already been ordered.
