Costs:

The conference registration fee for agents on the Saturday is €89.00* per person and this includes: tea/coffee breaks during both the morning and afternoon, lunch and dinner. Attendance at Friday night dinner is €50 p.p. Lunch-only on Saturday is €30.00 p.p. Accommodation is extra and costs €200 per room per night, based on twin/double occupancy for Friday and/or Saturday night (single room rate of €180 has also been negotiated with the conference hotel for both nights.) Triple room rates are available for €230. All rates are inclusive of Bed & Breakfast. Room Allocation: Agents wishing to reserve rooms for the Friday and/or Saturday nights should contact reservations at Killashee Hotel by calling them on 045 879277 or by emailing them at reservations@killasheehotel.com Please mark all such correspondence ‘Travel Centres conference accommodation’, in the subject heading of the email. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Travel Centres’ room allocation with Killashee Hotel will be released back into general inventory on September
30th, 2022, after which all rooms will be on request and subject to availability.

N.B. The above rates represent reduced conference rates and will be guaranteed only for rooms booked as part of Travel Centres’ conference allocation. Any rooms booked outside of this allocation block will be charged at BAR (Best Available Rate) on the night!

Saturday Dinner:

Agent delegates can only attend the gala dinner/awards on the Saturday night if they have also participated in the Saturday supplier workshop. Partners are welcome to attend the gala dinner/awards and will be charged @ €59.00 p.p.

Cancellations** received within one week of conference start will attract 100% cancellation fees as these are applied by the hotel as catering supplies will have already been ordered.
